We have stayed in Rosemary, Alys and Seaside for many years. We have done the beautiful, big homes to 1-3 bedroom condos. Joeseph’s place is in a prime location and is walkable to all the best spots, Alo, Raw & Juicy, Fonville Press, O-Ku and an easy walk to the beach & Rosemary. My daughter and I had the best time and will definitely be back again. The building is being remodeled, but we were made aware and it was no bother. The covered porch was very nice to be on and have coffee in the morning. For two people, Joseph’s place is excellent!!

Cottage was well decorated and quiet neighborhood yet with easy access to 30A. Easy access to pristine uncrowded beach (even on spring break). Community pool is just steps out the backdoor. Grocery store is less than a 5 minute drive away Quick communication with airbnb hosts is a big attribute when going into a new area or space and the host exceeded our expectations.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Joseph’s Airbnb! From the minute we booked the place he was responsive! Answered all our questions within a few hours, gave us recommendations for places to go, and the place was as expected. This was the perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and not needing to rent a car was wonderful! There was construction going on during regular work hours; however, Joesph made us aware of this before staying. The pool and hot tub area was a nice plus as well. Having wristbands to be able to access the beach was a must, and his clear instructions made the beach access easy to find! His place was clean and perfect for 3 friends who don’t mind sharing a small space together! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay sometime again in the future!

My wife and I with our two sons three and four years old did they last minute tripped down to 30A area for our first time ever and think the spot was great to be not in the middle of Alys or Seacrest beach, but in the middle almost so we could either walk down about Five minutes down stairs to the sand with no issue finding a spot and no wristbands needed OR get in the car and go to the more crowded food areas in less than 10 mins.
This place has some beach toys, shovels, buckets etc. and even backpack chairs for the adults and boogie boards for the kids so he thought of everything.
The pool is right outside the back door, and guests there were respectful and quiet so that was nice to have when we didn’t have time to go all the way to the beach but the kids wanted to be in water.
Place was very clean and felt like a big space for the price so we were happy and didn’t feel crammed at all.

Visited Daddio's cottage for our anniversary trip and took our 2 grown children. Wonderful location, great places to eat. House is immaculate and exactly as described. Walked to peaceful beach area. Nothing was missing here in this property, highly recommend. Host was responsive within a few minutes for the few questions we had. Even made local restaurant recommendations. Friendly neighbor was even spotted making light trims to a front yard palm. 5-star! See you again.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy beach cottage! Joseph is an excellent host to work with; He’s attentive!
The location is perfect, community is private and quiet; an excellent luxury experience! The interior of the cottage was pristine, very comfortable quality, bed, linens, and towels; every amenity you could possibly need. The lovely kitchen has quality items for cooking meals, which I appreciated.
My teenagers loved the bunk bedroom, and my college age young adult children did not want to leave it is so relaxing. I loved walking the area and will rent bikes on our next visit.
The pool is huge and wonderful too ⭐️
It’s close to many shops and restaurants, and the heart of Alys Beach. The architecture makes you feel like you’ve been transported to “Greece” during your stay.
Zero issues! 100 % loved this cottage!
We can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous location/airbnb!
