Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with easy beach access and a walkable, bike-friendly location near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Welcome to the Cottages at Camp Creek We’re happy to have you here and want to share a few important details to help ensure a relaxing and safe stay. Parking: Two parking spaces are provided per cottage. Limited additional parking is available at the front of the neighborhood. Boats, RVs, and trailers are not permitted. Please do not park in pine straw areas or on the roadway. Beach Access: Beach access is located across the road and approximately 50 yards east, between two private residences, just left of the large white house. Please do not park at the beach access or on the bike path. Pets: If pets are allowed per your rental agreement, please keep them leashed when outside and clean up after them. Pool Rules: No glass containers, smoking, or food in the pool area (per county health regulations). Outdoor showers are located at each end of the pool for rinsing sand before entering. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times, including at the pool. Pool gates must remain closed at all times. Any items left overnight in the pool area may be removed or disposed of by management or the HOA. Please be considerate when playing music in the pool area or on your porch. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Trash: Trash pickup is early Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please use garbage bags and place all trash inside the bins to avoid attracting animals. If checking out on Saturday, please place as much trash out as possible on Friday evening. Neighborhood Courtesy: These cottages are private residences shared by full-time residents, part-time residents, and vacation guests. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Cottage was well decorated and quiet neighborhood yet with easy access to 30A. Easy access to pristine uncrowded beach (even on spring break). Community pool is just steps out the backdoor. Grocery store is less than a 5 minute drive away Quick communication with airbnb hosts is a big attribute when going into a new area or space and the host exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I with our two sons three and four years old did they last minute tripped down to 30A area for our first time ever and think the spot was great to be not in the middle of Alys or Seacrest beach, but in the middle almost so we could either walk down about Five minutes down stairs to the sand with no issue finding a spot and no wristbands needed OR get in the car and go to the more crowded food areas in less than 10 mins. This place has some beach toys, shovels, buckets etc. and even backpack chairs for the adults and boogie boards for the kids so he thought of everything. The pool is right outside the back door, and guests there were respectful and quiet so that was nice to have when we didn’t have time to go all the way to the beach but the kids wanted to be in water. Place was very clean and felt like a big space for the price so we were happy and didn’t feel crammed at all.

Visited Daddio's cottage for our anniversary trip and took our 2 grown children. Wonderful location, great places to eat. House is immaculate and exactly as described. Walked to peaceful beach area. Nothing was missing here in this property, highly recommend. Host was responsive within a few minutes for the few questions we had. Even made local restaurant recommendations. Friendly neighbor was even spotted making light trims to a front yard palm. 5-star! See you again.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy beach cottage! Joseph is an excellent host to work with; He’s attentive! The location is perfect, community is private and quiet; an excellent luxury experience! The interior of the cottage was pristine, very comfortable quality, bed, linens, and towels; every amenity you could possibly need. The lovely kitchen has quality items for cooking meals, which I appreciated. My teenagers loved the bunk bedroom, and my college age young adult children did not want to leave it is so relaxing. I loved walking the area and will rent bikes on our next visit. The pool is huge and wonderful too ⭐️ It’s close to many shops and restaurants, and the heart of Alys Beach. The architecture makes you feel like you’ve been transported to “Greece” during your stay. Zero issues! 100 % loved this cottage! We can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous location/airbnb!
